Here is the Lowe’s Black Friday ad for 2012. Lowe’s always has a few great deals tucked away in the ad and last year pretty much everything was actually available online.
The stores open at 5am on Friday and the prices are valid through Monday.

I know a lot of your readers are west coast
last year we were able to place online order at 9pm when ad went live (midnight east coast) and pick up at the store before they closed 10pm!
got a great toaster oven
have to have your timing right and not live far from a Lowes, or tag-team with your spouse. I think it took about 15min between order place & received at store
I ordered online too but we picked up Saturday when the store was not so busy.
