We are hosting a holiday dinner with the family today and hopefully you are all relaxing and spending time with your loved ones as well.
The girls and I were busy this week not only getting ready for Christmas, but we also went through all the toys and clothes. We took several large Hefty bags to Goodwill plus we dropped off our Toys 4 Tots donation! Some of you might remember I decided to spend $20 this year- really more to prove how much you can actually get for just $20.
There were lots more toy deals this year so I could have easily doubled this little pile but I only did the deals that worked into our schedule.
So here was what I scored for the donation bins this year for just $20:
Disney Princess Doll $2.50 after coupon at Target
4 Hot Wheels cars $.50 each at Walgreens
2 Leapfrog Books $4.99 for both after coupon at Target
5 travel size Hungry Hippos- Free after coupon at Target (I had 2 printables and 3 newspaper coupons)
2 bags of Silly Bandz .99 each shipped
1 Mattel Puzzle $1 shipped
Candy land $1 after rebate at TRU
1 Pictionary Game- .24 after coupon at Target
and 3 Coupon K games- $2 each after coupon at Target
So hopefully several children will have some new games and toys to play with this year.
