I have been working on a free printable Father’s Day card for a few weeks now and finally have it all done.
This is a really cute idea for Dad or Grandpa if you have small children. You can print out a little card and the kids can draw a little photo as well as answer some fun questions.
I have seen this done for holidays in past and it really can be priceless. I decided to create my own this year and I had my 4 1/2 year old color pictures and answer the questions.
We did one for Grandpa and one for Daddy.
I framed the one for my husband and that can go on his desk. For Grandpa, I just laminated it and he can tuck it inside one of the photobooks we send.
I had these printed for me at Staples- they were $.29 per page to get a nice color copy on good paper.
Sometimes the answers can be pretty adorable. My Dad owns a cable construction company and my little girl answered the question “What does Grandpa do at work?” “My Grandpa fixes TV’s so other little kids can watch cartoons.”
She also seems to think Grandpa is 42 while Daddy is apparently 49.
So anyway, hopefully you can use these and get a little smile on Father’s Day.

These are so cute, Charlene! I was getting ready to create something similar and now I don’t have to. You are the best!
These are great! Is there any way to change the text so that instead of Grandpa it says Poppy or whatever anyone else calls their grandfather.
Thanks!
Thank you! My son is a little young for it this year, but I saved it for next year because it’s so cute. Will make a priceless keepsake!
Jennifer, I was able to change the text once I downloaded the template.
Okay, i have it downloaded but i still cant figure out how to change the text. it opens in adobe reader, is there another program that i need to open it in? Thanks!
Thank you so much for doing these! I was going to make my own so you saved me a lot of time!
I tried to print these. The Dad one just had the red and blue banner with the tie and nothing else and the Grandpa one wouldn’t print at all. It’s not my printer, everything else prints fine 🙁
These are so cute! I just included them in my Father’s Day free printables round-up – even though they are from last year! 🙂 http://www.themombot.com/freebies/2013/06/14/free-printable-fathers-day-questionnaires-dad-and-grandpa
