If you want another option to get discounted Halloween costumes for the kiddos, here is an idea to buy recycled costumes.
You can get a Halloween themed box of used kid’s clothing for $5.00 from ThredUp. You also have to pay for shipping which is about $11.00.
If you are new to ThredUp your first box is free, so that would make it $11.00 for your box. There are quite a few to choose from and you can browse by gender and age to see what is available. I see a few Winnie the Pooh costumes which are perfect for this year. You won’t get to see pictures of what is in the boxes but you will see a detailed description.
If you have some old costumes tucked away, you can also put your box up for someone to purchase.
And in case you missed it, there is a 30% off Old Navy coupon available. You can get costumes for roughly $18.00 after coupon.

Actually, Costco has cute carter’s Halloween outfit for kids for $12.99. The same outfit at Carter’s is $22. Hope it helps.

Mickey, that is just an image for Halloween but not an actual costume that comes with this deal. You have to look at the boxes and see what you find. I don’t know what is in them but I think multiple items.

Not sure if I did something wrong, but I tried to buy one and it was $15.95. I didn’t see anything about a free box.

i also signed up earlier in the day when i saw this and paid $15.95 for my first box. i was hoping something would pop up with each continued step to check out but it was really simple and not too many steps at all. thought i just maybe went through it too quickly and missed my chance.
still a good price for a box of clothes.

Hm… I am sorry I thought the first $5 was taken off when you are a new customer and not sure why that didn’t work.

i have used Threadup about 4 times and have NEVER gotten anything good, maybe its just me but everything was old, cheap, and not stylish at all, i am not a picky person and have found better clothes at the Salvation Army and Goodwill. I ended up donating all the clothes i recieved from ThreadUp. Maybe other people have had better luck.. but its just not worth it for me. I bought costumes through OldNavy this year, i paid $47 using the 30% off coupon two weeks ago and i also got free shipping.

Annie, I think I am not a ThredUp type either. I feel like $16 seems spendy to me but then I hear people rave about this site so I guess it is a great deal for some and maybe others should stick to Target and Old Navy clearance racks 😉 The other person that mentioned Costco seems like a great place to look as well.

Thanks Charlene for correcting me.
