Target Coupon Deals + Clearance Alert

I popped into Target last night to check on Easter clearance.  (My store was a dud and had a mountain of plastic eggs and other products for 50% off, candy was 30% off.)

I noticed they have 50% off on some Dollar Spot items!  I love when the Dollar Spot hits 75% off because you can find some great little books, pencils, socks and other items perfect for stocking stuffers or Operation Christmas Child boxes for just a quarter!  So you might have a look at your store and see if you get lucky.  I am holding out for 75% off.

Here are a few other quick deals I spotted:

Seattle’s Best Coffee $6.49
Use $1/1 Target coupon
and Use $1/1 from 4/10 SS
Final Price: $4.49 per bag

5 Gum is $1.29
Use $1/2 Target coupon
and use $1/2 printable
Final Price: .29 each
*NOTE: my store has some flavors on clearance for .90, so free after coupon!

Lysol wipes are still $1.89 (through 5/7)
If you scored the $1.50/1 printable coupon (no longer available)
Final Price: $.39

Magnum Ice Cream Bars $3.99
use the $1/1 Target coupon
and Use $1/1 Magnum Ice Cream Bars, exp. 4-29-11 (ALL YOU Apr ’11)
Final Price: $1.99

And I mentioned this before but it is still available:

Scotch Brand Scissors $1.99
use $1/1 printable coupon
Final Price: .99

I have to say, the Magnum ice cream bars, if they are the same ones I had in England and Ireland, are to die for! Definitely planning to get this deal!! : )

Elizabeth I read somewhere this is the US launch so they probably are. Sadly these look amazing to me and I just don’t need the temptation right now 😉

I bought some scissors from Toys R Us over the weekend for $1.79 they were in the checkout section. 🙂 I used my $1/1 and only paid .79.

At our local Target over the weekend I found a bunch of Sally Hansen beauty tools marked 50% off and still had the $2 / $3 tool coupon. So I bought a pair of tweezers and brow scissors for just $2 ea. reg. $8 ea.
I love coming across surprise deals 😉 Thanks for the help!!!

In my experience, the discounted Dollar Spot stuff never rings up at the correct price, so keep an eye out for that when you are checking out 🙂

The Easter clearance at the store on Truxel in Sac was a dud too. So were both of the Walmarts in my area. They seemed to have so much stuff on Saturday, where did it all go by Monday morning???

Easter clearance here was really sad, too; usually I wait for things to go 75% off, but I was buying things at 50% off because there was so little left. They were down to just one side of an aisle, no Easter stuff anywhere else. So sad!

The Target on Madison was a dud too. I was really disappointed because I had my eye on a cake pan in the Easter section only to find out they are going to put them in with the regular items – so no discount. On a brighter side I did get a catalina for a free 8×8 Shutterfly book!!!

Magnum bars are the same as in Europe. They are VERY VERY VERY GOOD!! So happy they finally decided to bring them to the US. Also if you happened to check out the easter clearance at Walmart keep your eye out for a “HOP” hollow milk chocolate bunny with 2 blue plastic drumsticks in a plastic box. I saw these and checked who “made” the chocolate, and it was Callebaut (belgian…where I’m from :-))…….was so excited as this is one of the best chocolate in the world and is usually pricey here in the US. They were $4, now $2 but hoping that they will go to $1 when easter clearance goes to 75% so I can stock-up.

The Easter clearance has hit 70 % pff (yes 70, what’s up with that?) but the red dot is still ringing up at 50% off, I scanned it. I think I hit it right at the good time, there was no one there and tons of stuff. This was a Target in Roseville.
