The coupon has changed since yesterday. It did say in store or online and now it says online so CVS must have changed their minds. You can always call your store and ask if they have them available for customers this weekend.

As far as the in-store 30% coupon is concerned – CVS mailed half a dozen to each employee (although a lot of the employees at my store didn’t get them). If you find an employee that got them and is willing to give you one, you’re in business.
The coupons are not good on any sale items or items that are regularly priced but giving EBs or any items that are normally excluded (alcohol, postage stamps, magazines, etc.), so you need to think of items that you need that never or rarely give EBs. I bought some rawhide chews for our puppy and some very large storage containers, as well as some cone-shaped coffee filters. I wiped all the OOP out with BF EBs.

My CVS does the deals for the new week on Saturday night since they are not a 24 hour store. I went tonight and did the ZhuZhu pet scenario. It did work. Perfect. 4 little guys for about $10.

I don’t know why the ZhuZhu pet deal didn’t work at my store. The clerk rang up the four pets and scanned my coupon but the register didn’t want to take it. My husband thinks it’s because the clerk hits total before scanning coupons. Could that be it?

The Zhu Zhu deal worked for me too! I got 4 of them for nothing out of my pocket because I still had my quarterly earning ECB’s. I’m going to combine these with the vehicles I got at Target for $5 each for Christmas gifts for 2 on my list this year! YAY!
