I can’t find the $5 rebate form….help!
Jennifer M. says
I think they took the $5 rebate form down too
Charlene says
Yes I see that. I am going to try to track down a form I can post. What a bummer!
kathy says
It would be great if you could find it…you are allowed 3 per family, so that’s a fantastic deal!
Cali says
Can you mix and max?? Or do you have to buy all 3 scrubbing bubbles or 3 candles etc.
Charlene says
Nope Cali go to town and get whatever you want.
Kerri says
Scotch-Brite sponges are also part of this deal. A 3-pack is $1.99 and the 3/7 SS had a $.75/2. Is $1.62 for a 3-pack of Scotch-Brite sponges a good deal?
Charlene says
I think so Kerri. I usually pay .84 for 1 at Walmart.
Kellee says
did any one find that rebate form?
Charlene says
Yes I have it- you need adobe to open it:

Kellee says
Hi Charlene,
Thank you for finding the rebate form :).

I just went to safeway to purchase the scrubbing bubbles, but the catalina is not printing until 3/26-4/25… since the sale ends 3/30, this deal is still do-able! I will be going back to “return” the products and repurchase for all 3 transactions! just wanted to give you a heads up!
Charlene says
Monica I intend to get my act together and post that soon ๐ Thanks!
monica says
thanks, Charlene! that way no one makes an unnecessary trip. I live around the corner and go there all the time, so no biggie. I will go as soon as that promotion begins with my receipts to return and repurchase the products. After the first transaction I asked the cashier if a catalina print (she hadn’t even looked!) and gave me the paper. I didnt notice that it said “not a redeemable coupon” and it had the dates. She told me I couldn’t use it until such date, so I just held on to them, not looking at them very well. Oh well, it was part my fault for not looking, part her fault for telling me it was a catalina and that I couldn’t use it until such date! ๐

Monica I am looking at the ad for Wed and it says buy 3 and get them for $2.99 ๐ Hopefully that is a regional price and most areas will get $1.99…
SavinginLA says
No Charlene. The ad is correct. Some products are 1.99 and some are 2.99 – like the softscrub bath or kitchen total cleanser. I bought 3 products for 1.99 each, but they did not show the 1.99 price. I checked the rceipt and saw all of them at regular price. I went back and the guy was good enough to check and refund the money.
I also noticed that for the P&G deal that I did on 3/2, the coupons had not come off the receipt. I was disputing it with the catalina company and still had the receipt. Do you think I can still take it back and check to see if they will refund me the amount? If not I can return back all the items. Thanks
monica says
my ad says the 1.99 price is valid until 3/30 and I’m in California (Monterey Bay area) too! I dont know about the new ad, but this was a half sheet over the ad for last week. I also checked the tag on the shelf and it said until 3/30…. hmmm…. I guess I will find out when i go at the end of the week. hopefully the tags at your safeway say 1.99!
Charlene says
Monica sadly Safeway won’t send me an early ad. I just look at the one from Oregon early and I am hoping that is the only market with the higher price.
Charlene says
Saving in LA-If they are ecoupons I don’t think they will refund the difference- you would have to just return the items. If it was a paper coupon at my store they just give me the difference but I usually have an extra coupon to show them. I don’t know if that answers your question?
SavinginLA says
Thanks Charlene. These are paper coupons that I used. The register did not take them off. I checked with another receipt that I had and I can see the difference clearly now.
That will teach me to come out of the store without checking my receipt. If they won’t give me the difference, I will return them, since all of them are P&G items and I still have them in my car.
