On the Vick’s deal, you can also use the the coupons to get Puffs tissues free, when you buy two Vick’s items!!!!
Patti says
I liked it when you would put an * beside what you thought the week’s best deals were. Why did you stop?
Charlene says
Because I forgot 🙂 I will go back through- I finished it at about 12am so I am not always thinking clearly.
Kristy says
Can you tell me if there are any tricks to printing the coupons—like the kotex ones? Whenever you have to look through them, I can’t seem to find them. I put in my zip code and also left it blank. Still not able to find them. Thanks in advance for your help!

My question is over this:
“Reach Toothbrush or Floss $.99 with in ad coupon*
Use $1/1 from HERE or use $1/1 from 1/3 RP (floss)
Final Price: FREE (give manufacturer coupon first, then in ad coupon)”
In my head, giving the $1/1 coupon before the in ad coupon would take $1 off the normal price and then it’d still only be adjusted down to $.99 when you gave the in ad coupon. Obviously, you’ve done this approximately seven million more times that I have, but what happens if you give them in the reverse order? Because giving the in ad coupon to bring it to $.99 and THEN giving the $1/1 manufacturer coupon to bring it to free just makes more sense to my brain.
Charlene says
Well you can try and report back 😉 Actually what happens is the coupon beeps. Say the item is $2.00 and the in ad coupon makes it .99. If you give the in ad first to get the price to .99 than you hand over a $1 coupon- it is greater than the price of the item and the coupon beeps. 99% of cashiers will refuse the coupon and you have to hassle with having a manager come over to adjust it down.
OR give the manufacturer coupon first so the item is now $1- than give the in ad coupon and now it is free. Just seems to work better.

Also if you have the $3 wyb Band-aids AND Neosporin (from 2/7 SS I believe?) and you have the Walgreen’s Children’s Activity Book ($4 total off, $2 off Bandaids/$2 off Neosporin) you can get the clearanced Dora and Barbie Band-aids plus a tube of Neosporin for .78. Give the manufacturer coupons first, then let them scan the 2 CAB coupons.

I have two BOGO for Purex. I was planning on going to the store and getting the Shick razors, REACH toothbrushes (free), and using the BOGO sale and BOGO coupon on the Mountain Breeze Purex (giving the Manu Coups first, then WAGS). On my next trip, I would use the other BOGO on the 3-in-1 Purex, the $1 off coupon from their website, and then get a small candy to use the $3R.R. that came with the Schick razors. Do you think this will work? Thank you so much!
Charlene says
Malisa it depends on your store if they will accept them. In my experience, it is much easier to use these coupons when you have other items you are also purchasing. Which $1 coupon are you also using for that second transaction?
Malisa says
I’m using the one from the Purex website that you wrote about.
Charlene says
Ok I was confused between the BOGO Purex and the dryer sheets. If you are doing the dryer sheets I think you will be good!! If you are doing the laundry soap than I find it is usually just easier to have something else in your transaction so your total isn’t zero.
Malisa says
I found out the hard way that my Walgreens is difficult! I tried using the Purex BOGO coupons on the WAGS BOGO sale. They would not let me. Manager came over (I was in the Cosmetics area) I explained that if I used a BOGO coupon that the Manufacturer would be paying for one and the store would pay for the other. She said no. Luckily we live downtown and there are other ones I can try. I did get my $3 RR for the Schick razor and I think I’ll still try my “second” transaction to buy 2 of the Purex 3-in-1 Laundry sheets (1 BOGO coupon, a $1 Purex coupon, a $3 RR and a pencil) 🙂
Cali says
There’s a $1/1 Any Kotex at coupons.com with zip code 63366!
Anabel says
I tried to do the Crest mouthwash deal and it didn’t work for me. I think I grabbed the wrong mouthwash, but the coupon wouldn’t work for the Crest 3D White mouthwash, which is the one advertised. Did anyone have any better luck?

I have a question about different ad’s in different area’s. I was told by a walgreens worker that the ad is the same for all walgreens locations. However my walgreens did not have some of the amazing deals you posted. So my sister, who lives in a different state, told me her ad was 16 pages long when mine was only 8 pages. Do you know why? I really wanted the nivea lip balm:(
Charlene says
Some areas just get the short ad and some get the big one. I don’t know why. I wonder if you print the coupon from the online flyer if it will work for you:
It is on page 8 and just use your sister’s zip code:
http://walgreens.shoplocal.com/walgreens/Default.aspx?action=browsepageflash&storeid=2431586&rapid=838210&pagenumber=1&prvid=Walgreens-100228&promotioncode=Walgreens-100228
or here:
http://walgreens.shoplocal.com/walgreens/default.aspx?action=browsepagedetail&flashbrowse=y&storeid=2431586&rapid=838210&pagenumber=8&listingid=-2087858018&ref=%2fwalgreens%2fdefault.aspx%3faction%3dbrowsepageflash%26storeid%3d2431586%26pagenumber%3d8%26rapid%3d838210%26prvid%3dWalgreens-100228#
You should print it but you actually only need to read the number on the coupon to them (which is 1328) they don’t need to keep hard copies of store coupons.
Nicole says
Was the revelon coupon regional? I didnt get it in my Sac Bee..??
Nicole Jones says
Oh that is a really great idea! Thanks so much, I’ll try it!
