Walmart logoThere are a handful of deals right over here– mostly electronics from Walmart.com.  I went to Walmart at 5:15 this morning and just barely survived!  My goodness what people will do for a $3 crockpot!!  Did anyone else hit Walmart?

This was my second year going to Wal-mart for Black Friday. I was there at 4am to get the TV that I wanted. It was crazy packed but was worth it! I also hit Target, Bath and Body Works, and Half-Priced books. After all that shopping I was still home by 730!

I stayed home! I always go but our Walmart always has TONS of the deals ( not the big ticket items, which I wasn’t after anyway )left and the sale will go until they run out which is usually a couple of weeks. I figured I would wait and take my chances, I am going to stop in there tonight!

I actually got everything I wanted online this morning as soon as the deals went live, However ( grrrrrr ) when I checked out I got an error message, I paid with paypal and that went through, but it wasn’t showing on Walmart’s end, so I contacted them, won’t get my stuff, they said they do not have the order, so then I contacted Paypal and yes I was charged but it was for a blank order so they are refunding it. I am assuming that was all due to the busyness of the website. Who knows but I was bummed!

I got a 4gb sd card for my camera, 4 crockpots, 2 mincer things..i am throwing a bridal shower and thought those would be perfect prize gifts 🙂 I got the legos and my mother bought the rubbermaid tuberware. I also price matched my cricket cartridge to michaels for 27.99 and price matched the hot wheels cars to the riteaid ad 🙂 I then headed to target and managed to get my $3 sandwhich maker..that was all i did 🙂

They had the $3 track suits, none of the pjs. They had all the coots and jackets as well. None of the $4 appliances but they had the $24 dirt devils which was my number one thing, I wanted it for my sons room. They had all of the toy deals. Tubs of 100 mega bloks which I also wanted for $9. Oh and they had the $35 comforter sets and the 30 piece rubbermaid food storage sets for $7.

I am going to hit mine up in a little while, hopefully they will still have some, they usually have tons left however since I did not go this will be the year they don’t haha. We have 4 supercenters in the area, I may have to hit them all. The track suits were a Fantastic deal!!

Did you hit any other stores up? I seen some good deals on Kohls.com plus I was emailed a 15% off my purchase coupon which is pretty good as it covers shipping.

Also Toysrus if you spend $50 through paypal you get $10 off, also like getting free shipping. They have a super cute Fisher Price doll house marked down from $39 to $19 that I got with that deal. Plus 5% cash back on paypal purchases after your 3rd purchase.

Oh one more, lol. Yesterday American Eagle was offering free shipping and 25% off your order, plus there tees were buy one get one half off, even on the clearance ones so I got 2 American Eagle shirts for $15 something total and knocked 2 people off my list. I was happy with that one 🙂

Well dang I didn’t need to go at all!! Those track suits are super cute- I hope you got a few. I got the last 2 at my store at 5.15!

I went to Kohl’s and it was a HOT MESS. That was the beginning of my problems- we had a $10/20 coupon that came and people were most frantic than Walmart.

I showed up to walmart at 450a and was out at exactly 503. They started a couple minutes early. I got my husband some wrangler jeans for $9, my 2 yr old some $3 pjs and jumpsuits as well as some for my friend’s son. I picked up my mom the $50 sewing machine and my step-son a football for $5. It wasn’t too bad in Roseville if you were getting anything else but the electronics.

I was at Walmart by 3:45 to scope out where everything was located. People were impatient and grabbing stuff early and putting it in their carts, no one was stopping them either. It got to the point where I knew if I didn’t grab the stuff I wanted it was going to be gone. They ended up cutting the plastic off at 4:45 because people were already rummaging through stuff. I was able to get one of the MP3 players, a skate board, pads and a helmet, a life size doll, a pair of lei jeans for toddler girls with a free t-shirt, 1-2pk board games and 2 footballs. I’m glad I got there as early as I did, I was out of there by 5:30.

Wow! Did you go to the one on Douglas? I should have gone there. The Pleasant Grove was total chaos.

I wanted the crockpots for church, but couldn’t rouse myself. Daughter went and said if you wanted electronics, it was madness but the regular checkouts were empty – not sure which Roseville store.

I did go to BRU and got the stroller my daughter wanted for her 2 and my other grandson a wagon, the diapers for the grandbabies and a gift for a friend. However, the firefly shoes I got the babies at 6pm.com for $7 each are the cutest stinkin’ things. I got bigger sizes so they should be able to wear them in the spring/summer.

Also, jess at http://www.jessbenatural.com says it okay to share the $5 coupon off a $10 purchase with my friends and that’s you guys. Coupon code is JESSBEE.

I hit one up tonight and they still had lots of everything but the boys track suits and the $4 appliances. I wanted the tub of mega bloks and they did not have those either. But I got my sweeper, pyrex pie plates, a drill for my husband, the 30 piece rubbermaid food storage, and a set of dishes that were in the ad. Ours had TONS of pallets of more to put out in the garden area that were still all wrapped up. We are going to hit it up again tomorrow as well as another one. They still had tons of most and we went about 8pm.
