MONDAY: Homemade Goat Cheese and Artichoke Pizza
TUESDAY: Green Salad and Chicken Breast
WEDNESDAY: Spaghetti and Meatballs with Breadsticks and Salad
THURSDAY: Taco Salad
FRIDAY: Mushroom and cheese quesadillas with spanish rice
SATURDAY: feta, watermelon and red onion salad with grilled chicken
SUNDAY: Twice Baked Potatoes and Mushroom Burgers

charlene, what do you eat when you serve meat dinners to the family? I’m a veggie too and this makes meal planning a mess at my house. I’m sick of making 2 or 3 different dinners everynight or getting so frustrated we eat out. Thnx!
Oh I hear ya Liz!! You know what happens here? My husband and kiddos have nice meals and mama has grilled cheese! I am hopefully going to do a vlog today with our weekly grocery purchases and what I do to pull the menu together.
