Any one hear of a policy that states if you use a manufactures coupon that you should not get a RR as they are manufactures coupons!? Tried to send hubby for the reeses cups 2/$2 with $1 RR it did not print up and store manager said it was because he used a coupon. Called 1800 Walgreens and they said the same. =(
