Just a quick question for you about Safeway. I tried to use the coupons today, and they would only let me use one printable coupon. They said it is their policy. When I researched their policy, it also says that they won't take coupons worth more than 50% of the purchase price. This means that we can't get free items at Safeway. Have you ever heard this before? I was a little surprised…
