I don’t often request shampoo samples personally, so I passed on this free sample of Head and Shoulders I posted earlier this week.
But at our 2 month pediatrican appointment today, my doc told me to get Head and Shoulders to help with cradle cap. Who knew!

speaking of head & shoulders.. the sale at CVS this week, I bought 2 bottles, and I was there at night, so of course not a real savvy cashier. but I handed him my BOGO coupon and he of course rang it through at $5.99, which was shown as the price because he scanned my card AFTER the shampoo was rang up, most day cashiers will not start scanning no matter how much stuff I pile on the counter until I hand over my CVS card.
anyway, I even told him the were on sale for $4.99 and he didnt budge. so I got free H&S (sale $4.99ea x2 =9.98 – BOGO Q at $5.99 =3.99, get $2 ECB for each bottle = got back $4)
You might want to clarify with your physician that head and shoulders helps with cradle cap – maybe he owns stock in the company?
Honestly, it is frustrating to see people like Amanda post that they beat the system by walking over an inexperienced cashier. When we abuse the system, the system changes and becomes more difficult for all of us. Sad.
I don't think she meant to beat the system. It sounds like she tried to get him to credit the correct price. The same thing happened to me but I didn't even notice until I was out of the store and home. My pediatrician gave me a list of products but H&S I knew I had coupons for.
Thanks for the great comments ladies!
