I am always looking for recipe inspirations and I want to start a new weekly feature- Try This Thursday.

I found a great blog that immediately caught my attention with these incredible cheesecake brownie cups.

They were simple to prepare and I was able to use things I already had on hand.

I can’t wait to try these again! Let me know what you think- next time I am going to double the cream cheese portion. Did you bake this dessert and want to rub in how delicious yours was? Leave a comment below!

Sorry they didn’t turn out for you! I’m not sure what could have happened because distilled white vinegar is what I always use. I even went back to double check that I had written down the correct measurements. We’ve never been able to taste the vinegar at all.

If you try it again with the cider vinegar, please let me know how they turn out. I’m sure they’d be great that way. I think I’ll try it next time.

I'm pretty sure we made ours with distilled white vinegar, too! We liked them, but I am also curious to hear how they turn out with cider vinegar.

Recipe idea: Forgo the brownies and just use the filling with a homemade chocolate cheesecake crust. I haven't done it yet, but I've definitely added that to my To Do list!

Funny I thought I did something wrong because the batter really tasted vinegary. Maybe I used a little too much. I added a little extra sugar to the batter and put extra cream cheese on top and they were very good. I will definitely make this again- probably with double the cream cheese because that is my favorite part ๐Ÿ™‚
