Well since there is a whole lotta nothing at Safeway this week- I wanted to suggest this yummy fritatta from Ina Garten.

Potatoes: .69/lb
Some markets got Super q’s for $4.49 Tillamok cheese!
Eggs (5) .55
Potatoes 1lb= .69
Cheese 4oz x .14= .56
