There are a couple of nice sales at Safeway this week on Lucerne Shredded or Chunk Cheese and Seattle’s Best Coffee that I wanted to bring your attention to.

First, as part of the $5 Friday Sale, the 32oz bags of  Lucerne Shredded or Chunk Cheese will be $5 and there are a couple coupons you should be able match up with that deal.

Today only, Safeway has Nestle Chocolate Chips priced at $1.99 (limit 3). There is a catalina that is supposed to be printing – when you buy 2, get $1 or when you buy 3, get $1.50. Plus there is a coupon available for the dark chocolate variety making them as low as $1.12/bag!

Here’s the best deal:
Buy (2) bags of Dark Chocolate Nestle Chocolate Chips at $1.99
Use $0.75/2 Nestle Toll House Dark Chocolate Morsels, exp. 5/25/12 (SS 03/25/12)

While you’re shopping April 4-8, head on over to the Starbucks kiosk inside the Safeway family of stores, because they will be offering Grande Espresso Beverages for $2.

This offer is only available after 2PM which works for me because I usually go to the gym in the later afternoon and this will be a nice energy boost.

And by the way, if you are curious about these types of things.  There is a nifty Starbucks Calorie Counter available for the drinks.  You just scroll down to see your drink of choice and then adjust the milk type to see the calorie.  I checked my favorite, which is a Grande Mocha with Nonfat milk and it shows it as 220 calories.

Safeway is at it again with another great deal this week.  Through 04/10, the McCormick Gill Mates and Perfect Pinch are on sale for $0.99 each when you buy 3.  You can match this sale with a couple of $0.75 off coupons and it makes for a really nice deal!

Here’s how it works:

Buy (3) McCormick Grill Mates or Perfect Pinch (Mix and Match) at $0.99
Use $0.75/1 McCormick Perfect Pinch Seasoning Blend, exp. 4/29/12 (RP 03/04/12)

Yesterday was Target toy day around here and I guess today we have a K-Cup theme!

On Friday 03/30, Safeway will have k-cups priced at $5!

This deal excludes Folgers, Starbucks, Safeway Select and San Francisco brand k-cups.  Green Mountain and Tully’s are pictured in the ad, but we will have to wait and see what other brands are included in the deal.  Here are a few coupons you can try:

• $2/1 Caribou K-cups Pack, exp. 5/12/12 (SS 03/11/12 R) – if included
• $1/1 Barista Prima CoffeeHouse K-cup Packs Printable - if included
• $2/1 Green Mountain Coffee K-cups Printable
