As I mentioned in the CVS coupon matchups, there is a Proctor and Gamble promotion running this week that could work out to be a pretty good deal.
Here are the items included in the promotion:

and use $.25/3 Puffs coupon
Pay $24.38 and get back a $10 ECB
Final Price: $14.38 for all 7 items!
I actually think just the TP alone is not a bad deal. Buy 3 and the price is $6.42 after coupon and ECB.
If you are a member of the CVS Beauty Club, you might keep an eye on your email and see if you get a coupon for $1 off Garnier, Maybelline or Essie products. I just got one this morning.
The coupon is a CVS coupon and valid through 9/19. This week, Garnier products are priced at $2.99 so stack that CVS coupon with the $1/1 Garnier Haircare coupon and pay just $.99!
You can read a little more about the CVS Beauty Club here- I highly recommend joining as it is totally free and those bonus ECBs accumulate quickly!
The CVS coupon policy is finally available to print and take with you. We have been waiting for this for a very long time and there has been a lot of speculation about what CVS will do.
You can print the CVS coupon policy here and I am including some important notes that I can see:
• In the event that any item’s price is less than the value of the coupon, CVS/pharmacy will accept the coupon only to the price of the item. CVS/pharmacy does not provide cash back in exchange for any coupons.
So that should be nice for many of you that have had problems using coupons that are valued higher than the item (i.e. $1.00 coupons on $.99 items.) They will adjust the coupon down and you can still use it to get the item free. The policy specifically says this plain as day so there should be no further issues for anyone.
The policy also says:
•The number of third-party manufacturer coupons used in a transaction may not exceed the number of items in the transaction.
So that kind of seems like it would be an argument to use two coupons on a Buy One Get One (i.e. buy 2 items, use a Buy One Get One coupon and use a second coupon for the free item) but I don’t know how strong of a case that would be. I think that situation is still just going to be at the discretion of the store.
So all in all I don’t really see anything interesting in this policy. Overall, CVS really likes to give each and every store a tremendous amount of room to determine their own policies. So while this policy helps a little bit you will really just have to determine the policies at your store and roll with that.
They have stated that they are going to continue to enhance the policy blah.. blah… blah… so we will see if there is anything new in the coming weeks.
Just a reminder if you missed this in the CVS weekly deals. All week long when you scan your CVS card at the coupon scanner, you should find a coupon for a free product. It looks like the products are different for everyone. I got:
1 Free Caramello Candy Bar
1 Free Package of CVS Fabric Bandaids up to $4.29
and others are getting coupons for a free pack of Carefree Liners.
So if you are near a CVS this week, you might try your luck at the scanner and see what you get. This should be just one round of freebies per person and my coupons expired 24 hours later.
Remember you always want to keep scanning your CVS card until it finally tells you no more coupons available.
Well this is very exciting. It looks like the Nivea Body Wash deal this week is even better!
One of the CRT coupons that is printing this week (and everyone should get this one!*) is $2 off 2 bar soap or body wash items!
So that means you could do this:
Buy 4 Nivea Body Wash at $4.88
Use Buy One Get One from All You May
Use (3) $4/1 from 5/2 RP
Use $2/2 CVS coupon
Final Price: .64 and get a $5 ECB back!
Yikes- I will be heading to CVS soon to check this out!
If you are unfamiliar with the coupon scanners click HERE- make sure you keep scanning until it tells you no more coupons are available!
You can get a few more scenario ideas right HERE for Nivea this week.
*Of course I can not guarantee this coupon will print for you. But the chances are very, very good. Also you should get one of these per day when you scan your card! The limit on the ECBs is 1 but since the body wash is $4.88 you can continue to get free product until your $4/1 coupons run out!
Here are the best deals I see at CVS next week. Remember for my fellow Californians our ads are usually very different so you have to wait for the actual ad on Sunday to see! Don’t forget to look for the new Reinventing Beauty magazine in your stores! If you are new to CVS you can get started HERE!
Make sure you are registered HERE to get CVS coupons via email!!

Now there is an awesome Olay deal and I have worked out several ideas depending on what products you like. Remember there is a limit of ONE $10 ECB per card!
Olay items- Spend $24.99 and get a $10 ECB (limit 1)
Includes:
Olay Regenerist or Total Effects facial care $18.99
Olay Regenerist kits or Definity products $24.99
{Deal Idea}
Buy 1 Regenerist at $24.99
Use $3/1 Regenerist from 3/7 P&G
Get $10 ECB Final Price: $11.99
or
Buy 1 Regenerist Moisturizer at $24.99
Buy 1 Regenerist Facial Cleanser (projected price only) $5.99
Subtotal: $30.98
Use (2) $3/1 Regenerist from 3/7 P&G
Get $10 ECB
Submit $12 rebate HERE for spending $30! Final Price: $2.98 for both! If you have a CVS coupon this is a moneymaker!
or
Buy 1 Regenerist Moisturizer at $24.99
Use $3/1 coupon
Get $10 ECB Final Price: $11.99 and then
This ECB has a limit of 1. If you have 2 CVS cards you can try this- but keep in mind the ECBs are tied to your specific card. So it can be a little tricky to keep rolling them when you have multiple cards. I think this is OK to suggest because CVS allows one card per person in your household- so you might already have a card registered for your spouse that you can use.
Transaction #2 with your second card:
Olay Regenerist Moisturizer $24.99
Olay Regenerist Facial Cleanser $5.99 (projected price only!)
Use (2) $3/1 coupons
Get $10 ECB Final Price: $14.98 for both
Now you can take those receipts since your pre coupon total is over $50 and submit the $20 rebate HERE. You can also submit for the free magazine subscription by entering your receipts HERE.
Your final price after rebate is $6.97 for 2 moisturizers, a cleanser and a magazine subscription!
{4th idea:}
Olay Total Effects are priced at $18.99- this should include moisturizers
Buy 2 Moisturizers at $18.99
Buy 2 Total Effects Cleansers at $6.39 (projected price only)*
Subtotal: $50.76
Use (2) Buy One Total Effects Moisturizer, Get a Total Effects Cleanser free from 3/28 SS
Use (2) $1/1 Olay Moisturizer from 3/14 RP
Get $10 ECB Final Price: $25.98 and then submit the $20 rebate HERE! You should be able to submit the free magazine offer HERE as well.
*IMPORTANT NOTES: There is also a free body wash coupon in the 3/28 SS but the rebates are for facial products only so don’t use that one. Also you want to be sure you choose a cleanser at $6.39 or more so that your subtotal is higher than $50!

I was hesitant to post this because I want to make it very clear that not everyone can get this deal. I have heard from so many of you on this, it seems like you have a good chance of getting it but NO PROMISES!
If you head on in to CVS and visit the lovely coupon scanner they seem to be giving out $5/15 coupons as well as $4 off any box of Huggies diapers. Now I just tried this myself yesterday and I did not get this coupon with my card or my husband’s card- so it is totally luck of the draw.
But if you happen to get lucky this is a great week to use that coupon as the box diapers are $19.99 with a $4 ECB back, making them $15.99 per box. BUT the deal gets better if you happen to get these coupons:
Buy 1 box at $19.99
Use $5/15 CVS coupon
Use $4/1 CVS coupon for Huggies
Use $2/1 manufacturer coupon HERE
Final price: $8.99 and get a $4 ECB back!! Wowee!!
Good luck! I hope a lot more of you can score this amazing deal!
If you do not get these coupons- just use one of the printables HERE. This makes your net price $13.99 for the box. That works out to about .18 per diaper on size 3 (and the price to beat is .23- so still a good price.)
(PS: Just in case that is still confusing you have to go to CVS directly and scan your Extracare card. Then cross your fingers that the coupons I mentioned above spit out. That is the only way to get the $4 off and the $5/15 coupons. The coupons are randomly printed so you may get them or you may not get them.)
