Raley’s sent out a new batch of coupons today!  I don’t know about you guys but I am loving all the great coupons from them lately!

This coupon is for $5 off a $15 produce purchase for this weekend only Sept 3-5.

Now my Dad always tells me that coupons are only for junk food and I just love when Raley’s helps me gloat a little.  We have seen awesome deals on quality protein and free produce and now you can save 33% off your produce bill which is awesome.  (Nobody tell him I am getting the .99 Doritos with coupon this weekend.)

The highlights in the produce department this week are corn at 5/$1, cantaloupe for .47 with coupon and limes at .10.  I believe they still have bananas marked down to .68/lb as well.  Personally I am thinking of splurging on something wonderful like heirloom tomatoes.

You can register here for Starbucks Rewards which is totally free BUT the catch is you need a Starbucks gift card to register.  I have been a part of this for awhile and on occasion they send out coupons and they are supposed to send a coupon for a free drink on your birthday (I didn’t get one last year).

So the next time you want a Latte maybe grab a gift card first and pay for your drink with that and then come home and register your card.  Then they are promising to send out coupons for a free breakfast sandwich to new account holders.  Yum!

Today is good neighbor day and many FTD florists will be giving away free or discounted flowers.  The concept is to keep one flower for yourself and pass the rest of them on to someone else to brighten their day and foster friendship and community spirit.

There is a list of participating florists available here, I would suggest calling and asking them if they are participating in Good Neighbor Day.

I remember posting this last year but I don’t remember getting much feedback, so if you decide to check it out let me know how it works for you!

I seriously have my fingers crossed that we see some great Labor Day sales and post Labor Day sales from the home improvement stores.  We are hoping to finish up some home projects and finally score a new washing machine and dryer.

One deal Lowe’s is offering is a $5/20 rebate on paint or stain.  We have taken advantage of these rebates many times and how it works is the rebate will just print right on your receipt.  You can submit them right online and they tend to come in about 6 weeks or so.

If I remember it is a little postcard and you can take them right to the bank and cash them.  The rebate runs through 9/8.

Don’t forget you can get the 10% off coupon from Home Depot as well! Most Lowe’s stores will accept competitor’s coupons- just call ahead to yours and you can save a little more on all your projects!

There is another Eversave deal today worth mentioning.  They have Lee-lai $25 gift certificates for organic beauty products for $10.  If this is your first order, you should also get $5 off when you register for the newsletter. So that makes it $5 for a $25 certificate.

I mentioned Swirl once before- it is yet another Daily Deals site and they focus on mostly clothing.

They have two codes that should be available to use: luvswirl for $20 off your first purchase and then 20off829 which should be another $20 off for subsequent orders.

I found several items for about $20 or less but the shipping for me was a little high at $9.49.  I did test the second code and it took a pair of pants from $22 to $2- so hopefully it works for you as well!

I love Aveda and I love samples of nice products but I just want to warn you the samples are really small.  If this is the same as ones they have offered in the past, they are about the size of your pinkie finger.  A nice bonus if you are heading to the mall but might not be worth a special trip.
