Apple Cider Caramel Sauce Recipe

Quick and easy apple cider caramel sauce.
Ingredients
  • 1 cup fresh apple cider
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup butter
  • ¼ heavy whipping cream
Instructions
  1. Add 1 cup fresh apple cider to a sauce pan and simmer on medium for about 10 minutes until it reduces down to about ¼ cup. Stir occasionally to avoid burning.
  2. Add in sugar, butter and cream. Increase heat to medium-high and bring to a boil.
  3. Stir constantly for about 2 minutes- sauce should be thick and bubbly. Be careful not to burn!
  4. Remove from heat and transfer to a mason jar and allow to cool completely.
