Just a note for anyone heading to Walgreens – the BUTLER,PA store is probably the top of the list for terrible customer service and DOES not follow the coupon policy printed on line. If an item is bogo – they will not honor a bogo coupon. I’ve been told their manager will sell the second one at half off but will not give both free. I went in to get the Rite Guard body wash that was bogo and had my bogo coupon and the clerk told me according to their “manager’s email” they got they were to sell the second one half off. When I questioned that it was against Walgreen’s coupon policy I was told “the manager has a right to change the value of coupons”! I then asked her where this was stated and she said on the back of the sale ad. Well, I read it with a fine tooth comb and it does not say that. I asked her if this was the policy, where was in writing and why was there not something posted for customers to know the “new rules”. She could not answer me and told me to call 1-800 WALGREENS, which I did. Didn’t get very far with that either. I’m done with Walgreens as of today – that was the icing on the cake. The clerks are so rude and every one of them make up their own set of rules when it comes to coupons. I don’t need anything from their that bad to go through such aggravation. There are too many choices in Butler for our prescriptions and little do they know how this will impact them as I will never refer another patient to Walgreens again and I see at least 40 a day. Bottom line – I would not waste my time with Walgreens. From now on I’m taking the ad to Walmart to price match. At least their rules don’t change on a whim!
What terrible customer service – shame on you Butler, PA Walgreens!

I also have issues with the one of the Walgreens down here. I was told at one point that they were only allowed to take TWO coupons PER TRANSACTION.. Just ridiculous…. but you better believe I did 7 different transactions with one item a piece.
