Target: Bulk Items Clearance

Just a quick update that my Target store is now clearancing out the bulk items that have been in the seasonal sections of stores. Most items are 15% off and a few of the food items are 30% off.

This will vary dramatically from store to store but it is worth checking when you make a stop.

I have always found items typically sell through once they hit 30% off and a few things hit 50%. I rarely see items go to 70% off but again that will vary from store to store.

At my Target store, the boxes are priced at $3.49 right now.

I noticed the coupon yesterday and I tested the deal this morning and it worked perfectly fine for me. The coupon does have that fine print that says “redeemable at Walgreens” but it is a manufacturer coupon.

Target: Star Wars Masks $5 and Transformers Playdoh Set $13

I mentioned this deal on Sunday but just in case you missed it, many Target stores have these little Star Wars masks on clearance for $9.98. You want to check the end caps and clearance sections because they seem to be moving these ones out and getting new ones in. The regular toy area had different masks and they were priced at about $20.

If you can find the clearance ones, grab the $5/1 Target coupon and the price will be just $4.98 each! This would be a cute little Valentine’s Day gift or put it away for Easter baskets.

I think at this price you could even grab one and just tuck it away for Toys 4 Tots at the end of the year.

I wanted to mention this little Transformers Playdoh set I spotted at my store. It seems like a great deal to me but as always I can’t say if every store will have the same price cut.

I found these Transformers Plydoh sets on sale for $12.99, marked down from $20. I checked and Amazon has this set for $24 right now.

Be sure to scan it if you don’t see the sale tag up in your store just to check. The price tag at my store said the sale runs through 2/18.

Disney Vitamins Coupon $1.25/1

There is a Disney Vitamins coupon available for $1.25/1. That is actually a really good coupon and higher in value than we normally see.

My Target has the 60ct Disney vitamins for $4.74- use the coupon and you pay $3.49.

They also have 200ct bottles of Disney Vitamins in the seasonal section for $10.00. Those products will go on clearance in a few weeks and the 200ct vitamins should get marked down- you can always hold your coupon and hope for a sale.

If you look at the per vitamin price, the larger 200ct bottle is actually a better deal.

Target: Free Yes to Carrots Body Butter

I didn’t want to mention this until I had a chance to check it out. I did stop by Target tonight and this worked fine for me.

There is a $2 off Yes to Carrots coupon for body products. The coupon does not have any size restrictions and Target carries the small body butter for $1.99.

My store actually has (2) varieties for the same price.

I bought (2) of the $1.99 body butter and the coupons worked fine for me.

They also make facial cleansing wipes and lip balms but the coupon does say “body item” and it is intended for use on lotions and body butter.

Usually these coupons specify a $10 minimum purchase and this one does not so I would for sure grab it now while you can.

There is a nice deal on a 5 piece brush set from Sonia Kashuk. This includes 4 brushes plus the little baggie to hold it all.

These are really good brushes but note this is a purse set so I believe these will be smaller than the normal brushes you might use everyday.

These little ones are great for travel, to keep in the car or your gym bag though. I think they might be a cute little Valentine’s Day gift for a teenager or college kid.

I used them with my youngest and they especially came in handy when she started wanting to reach for the food and feed herself. These were a lot easier and cleaner than using jar food and spoons!

Here are two more deals I wanted to mention for those of you with little ones.

You can also get this glider rocker and ottoman set for $124.99 today and shipping is free. That is marked down from $179.99 and the fabric is a yellow twill.

They also have the Crane Humidifier in Dragon for $29.99 today and shipping is also free. That is a little higher than the other Crane humidifiers they have had on sale but the dragon style is also a little harder to find. I don’t think I have seen this guy before actually.

We have two Crane Humidifiers and I have not had any problems with ours. You can check the reviews though before you buy- they are excellent.

The last few times they have offered these at a discount they have sold out VERY EARLY in the day. I would suggest grabbing it while you can if you are interested.

You can get this Britax Roundabout carseat in Kathryn fabric for $100 today. That is marked down from $155. The shipping is free!

This carseat is meant for children weighing 5lbs to 50lbs so for most people it could be the only carseat you need.

We have a Britax and I have been very happy with it. The safety standards for these seats are excellent and they do not go this low in price often.

It is just this pattern (Kathryn) available at this price and it is today only while supplies last. If you do a quick search for the Ashton seat, that one is a neutral fabric and priced at $125 right now.

Tyson Any’tizers Rebate + Target Deal

There is a rebate available for $10 back in Sporting Cash when you purchase 4 bags of Tyson Any’tizers. This is valid from 1/2-2/17 and you can purchase your bags at any retailer. You need to send in the Tyson rebate form, UPCs off the bags, and the receipt.

You will not get cash back but rather “sporting goods cash” that is supposed to be used toward any sports related items at these participating retailers only.

According to Tyson, each retailer can determine what they accept the sporting goods cash for so it is supposed to be used for sports related items but the store you choose to shop at could possibly allow you to use it on other merchandise.

So all in all, I feel like this is a confusing rebate. I have a very vague recollection of a rebate that was similar to this a long time ago. I want to say some people had no problems at all redeeming the rebate and some people had a terrible time.

So I guess my thought is that this is a huge perk if you like these items and intend to purchase them anyway or you find a great deal.

I did find an unadvertised deal at my Target store. This runs through 2/4 at my store but I can’t tell if this is nationwide or if this is just in my area.

If you are already planning a trip it is worth checking out. I did not find this in the normal freezer cases but rather a special display area in the deli area.

The large bags of Any’tizers are priced at $7.99 and they are Buy Two Get One Free.

{Deal Idea #1}
Buy 4 Tyson Any’tizer Bags at $7.99 = $31.96
Use (3) $1/1 Tyson Any’tizer Snacks Coupon from the 1/22 SS insert
- $7.99 for the free bag
Pay $20.97 and get back $10 in sporting cash.

Even without factoring in the sporting cash that is $5.24 each which is not a bad deal for these. I would use a 4th $1 coupon if you can.

Buy 6 bags at $7.99= $47.94
Use (4) $1/1 Tyson coupons
- $15.98 for the 2 free bags
Pay $27.96 for all 6 or $4.66 each and get the $10 back.

I did notice Tyson strips were part of the deal so if you decide to get 6 bags only four of them need to be Any’tizers. The other two can be other products in the promotion. There is $1/1 Tyson Crispy Strips coupon available.

Target: Free Iams Dog Food

This might be a good weekend to grab an extra paper or two if you can get them for a good price. There are several great coupons that are scheduled including a $3 off Iams Dog Food or Cat Food coupon in 1/29 P&G. Just remember to check your inserts before you buy extra copies of the paper.

Target has small bags of Iams priced at $3.00 exactly- so free with coupon. The coupon does not have any size restrictions so it should be fine to use on these bags.

I actually get my P&G insert a few days early so I already went to Target and the coupons went through just fine. There is a limit of 4 coupons total per transaction.

Not all Target stores carry this size bag but certainly worth keeping an eye out.

I found bags that said there was a $3 coupon inside on the front. The coupon is valid for another $3 off a bag 13.5lbs+. So make sure you grab those out too because Iams coupons are hard to find.

Target.com does have a lot of nice storage solutions if you are in organization mode right now. This shoe rack is priced at $26- I added two to my cart and the price dropped from $52.48 to $47.23 at checkout.

The fine print from Target says one item only but I did test two of these and the 10% came off both items.
