CVS Coupons and Deals

There is a new CVS app available that is compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad.

Here’s a quick list of what the app can do:

•  Save your ExtraCare Card into the App
• Scan ExtraCare Bar Code at the Register
• Refill, transfer and manage prescriptions
• Access your prescription history
• Scan to refill and refill without signing in
• Find a CVS/pharmacy store and check hours
• Shop your weekly ad for deals and create a shopping list
• Access your CVS.com and ExtraCare accounts
• Sign up to receive offer-filled emails
• Send savings and rewards to card
• Scan QR codes in store for information and savings
• See MinuteClinic locations, services and accepted insurance
• And much more!

It looks like the only downfall to the app is that it currently cannot be used at self-checkouts or the coupon scanner.

But it still might be worthwhile just in case you forget your card!  Because as we all know sometimes we forget little things like store cards, but we hardly ever leave home without our phones!

The CVS ad this week mentions a $7.00 ECB when you buy any Physician’s Formula cosmetics. I stopped off to check the prices at my store last night.

Most items were priced around $10-14 but there are some good deals available.

Just note the prices are not listed in the ad so you may find some variation at your store.

Here were some of the deals I found:

Physician’s Formula Matte Collection Eyeshadow $7.79
Physician’s Formula Concealer Sticks $6.29
Physician’s Formula Cleansing Toner $7.29
Use $1/1 from 2/12 SS or 3/18 SS
Pay as low as $5.29 and get back a $7.00 ECB

Note the limit is 1 on this offer. You may find coupons attached to the products as well. Those coupons are only good on the item they are attached to.

I have been trying to get myself over to CVS all week to check this deal and it just hasn’t happened for me. Now we are almost at the end of the week so I better tell you before it is too late.

This week CVS has a $3 ECB when you buy Bengay products (limit 1).

The last time we saw this deal, my CVS had the basic Bengay for $5.99 so the deal looks like this:

Buy 1 Bengay at $5.99
Use $2/1 Bengay Coupon
Pay $3.99 and get back a $3 ECB

Now again I didn’t get a chance to stop by but you should be able to get this for about $1.00.

I happen to love Bengay for the times when I try to be a hero at the gym or when I have been hunched over the computer for too long. I tend to buy a few tubes when it hits a really great price like this.
