I have a fun holiday weekend giveaway for you guys. I actually need a new printer so I wish I could win this one myself!

I just did this myself and it only took a few seconds.  I picked my city and actually typed in a message (I typed in a children’s poem) and that was it!

Oh boy was I excited about this giveaway!  The sun is finally peeking out around here and my husband and I are elbow deep in backyard landscaping projects!

We have been waiting for the rain to end so we can get started with a bunch of projects- including a small garden for the kiddos, tons and tons of new plants and trees and we are moving this old retaining wall that has seen better days.  Plus we are jazzing up the pool a bit with new plants and after seeing all the plans for once the work is all done- well I am already dreaming of this little backyard oasis.

With March Madness coming up, we should see some nice deals on pizzas at lots of stores.

I have a quick and fun little giveaway just for today. If you have been wanting to try these new Tide Laundry Soap pods, I have a giveaway of a package of these Pods for one lucky reader.

I think the concept behind these is really genius- it is laundry soap and stain remover in one little pack. This is a huge perk to me because it is so nice tidy in the laundry room.

I usually buy the concentrated liquid laundry soaps that require very little per use. I notice when my husband does laundry he uses probably 3x what he needs to use. So these little pods take all the measurement and guesswork out so you know you are using the exact right amount.

The other thing I like is that my little girls are starting to help with a few household chores. These pods are FAR easier for their little fingers than trying to deal with a bottle of regular laundry soap.

So all in all I am a fan of these guys.

I have talked about Ebates lots of times before, basically it is a cash back company.  You just register and whenever you want to shop online, just go to Ebates first and type in the name of the store (like Target or Barnes and Noble etc..)

You will see the cash back rate displayed and that is a rebate amount you will get back on your purchase.  So today they have 10% cash back to Philosophy.  If I placed a $100 order at Philosophy, I would receive $10 back in a check from Ebates.
