Target is launching another really amazing collaboration that you might want to get ready to shop! I just know this one is going to be as crazy as the Lily Pulitzer from years ago or last year’s Hunter promotion.
So they have a collaboration with Vineyard Vines that is supposed to be in stores from May 18th through July 13th. In reality it will likely be in stores from May 18th to May 18th. Both Lily Pulitzer and Hunter sold out in hours the same day of release. I remember trying to get a kid’s jacket from Hunter (not even the boots!) the morning of the launch and everything was already gone.
So here is what you need to know. The items will be in store on May 18th. In previous years, depending on where you live (Vineyard Vines is more popular in the South), there will likely be lines of people waiting before the doors open. With Lily Pulitzer, people grabbed anything and everything and then sold it all for double, triple or quadruple the price on eBay.

Online the items should be in stock and ready to purchase at midnight PST. I have been blogging about Target Black Friday deals and these popular promotions for about 10 years now and basically every single time Target’s website crashes. So if you plan to shop online, it might take awhile to get all the items loaded onto the site and to deal with web site crashing or glitches. Just be prepared. Target’s PR department is saying items will be available in the early morning hours of May 18th .Use Target Circle Fun Run to save on products for young folks.
I strongly advise looking over the items and making a list of favorites you want to buy in advance so you are ready to roll this weekend. With Lily Pulitzer I actually bought two or even three sizes of the items I really, really wanted because they may sell out before you get a chance to try things on. You can always return.
The Vineyard Vines collection has a bunch of things for adults and kids as well as really cute home, outdoor and pet items. Just a handful of things are online exclusives.
I did already make a list of the items I really love and I plan to stay up late on Friday to try and get my order in online. I will likely head into the store on Saturday morning as well just to see the things I ordered in person and crossing my fingers I can order online for in store pick up.
Here are just a few of the cute things I am hoping to pick up for myself, my girls and the dogs of course.
