Here are some free or cheap children’s activities available this week to keep the kiddos busy. I thought posting these now will help you plan your week.
These are all the things that are free to do this week with just a few that are very inexpensive.
As always, it’s best to confirm with your local store before you make a special trip.
Lakeshore Learning: Kids will make a Stars and Stripe Windsock on November 7th. Stop by from 11am-3pm.
Barnes and Noble: There is a free storytime Tuesday and Thursday as well as Saturday of each week with books, a cookie and usually coloring pages and activities. Check your local store to confirm and verify time.
Some stores will have a Mini Maker Faire on November 6th. The event will feature hands on learning and other science and technology activities.
Bass Pro Shop: Your kids can participate in the Free Kid’s Adventures Activities- treasure hunts, crafts and more. These are weekly activities and vary greatly by location. You can head over here to find your local store to confirm activities and times. And just a heads up from personal experience, it is best to get in line early. These events tend to be very popular.
