Does anyone have a little Harry Potter fan at home or considering starting these books with your little people?
I have mentioned a few times on the blog that we are so grateful to J.K. Rowling not only for her beautiful stories (which I read way before even having kids) but because my reluctant reader at home has fallen in love with these books. This is the first series of books that really help her understand the joys of reading and so I am just thrilled to see that the fabulous J.K. is now expanding to illustrated copies!
I believe only the first book, Harry Potter and the Sorcer’s Stone, will be available and hopefully they expand to the other books very soon.
You can preorder this guy right now for $22 and it will be delivered on or around October 6th. I ordered my copy and am so excited to get it! Up until now I read the stories at night to my daughter (we are on book 4) but I think with these illustrated copies we might see how she does reading them to herself.
You can preorder your copy right here.
As always if you find a lower price elsewhere before the release date, you can cancel your order. If the price drops from Amazon directly before the release date, you will get the lowest price offered. I just saw this book on Barnes and Noble for $28 and at Target for $26 so I have a feeling this might be the best price we see.
You might also be interested in Harry Potter: The Official Coloring book. It’s available for preorder for $15 and packed with tons of stunning artwork.
