It is hard to believe that it is almost time for back to school. I love to do this each year with the girls to document the new school year. It’s fun to look back and see how much they have changed. This is my delicious little girl just a few weeks ago on her last day of school.
You can choose from one of the free printables below and get the kiddo all decked out in their cute new outfits and take a few pictures on the first day of school.
The fun chevron printable comes in several different options. Just print and get your child to hold it or use a cute frame like in the picture.
The chalkboard style printables are fun and go through 6th grade. I love how the year is on them.
Or here is a colorful option that goes through 12th grade.
For something a little different try these cute flag pennants. Very cute!
These signs are really bright and cheerful- they go up to 12th grade.
This is a super cute idea to customize a sign for your little one. This is a free file to download and you can edit in Photoshop.
And this last one is something for the scrap book but I thought it was fun. It’s a little survey that your child completes all about their favorite things and how tall they are and such. This might be a fun keepsake.

Hi, I just tried printing these signs for my kids and First Day does not print. Would you please help? I tried a few times and it does not work.

This was posted in 2014 so sometimes blogs close or change. I did go through and check each link and it looks like all of them work perfectly except the custom sign is no longer available. Do you have Adobe on your computer? You can download that for free to print out PDF documents. If you do already have Adobe, if you want to be more specific I can try to help. They all open up fine for me and print fine for me.
