There is another excellent deal on movies this week at Walmart.

Select children’s movies are priced at $5.00, $7.50 or $9.96 and these movies have stickers on them with $7.50 in movie cash to see Rio 2 in theaters.

I think this is a great deal if you plan to take the kiddos to see it.  It looks like the sale includes a lot of great movies like Epic, Rio, Turbo and More…

I plan to take the kids to see Rio 2 so this is a great deal for me.  I got a Strawberry Shortcake DVD that is listed in the weekly ad for $7.50- but I went ahead and ordered it to pick up in store and online it was actually a little cheaper at $6.96.  This one will be perfect for my 4 year old’s Easter basket.

So you might check online before you head to the store and see if you find a better price.

****And you might check some of the great deals at Target this week.  Frozen and Pirate Fairy are just $13 as well as many other hit movies.

Hi Charlene! Quick question. How does the free ticket stub work? do you take your receipt to the box office? If I buy more than one movie- am I allowed to use 2 of the free ticket stubs? sorry I’ve never used the free ticket offers before, but I am planning on taking my kids next week. Might as well get a DVD out of it as well.
I was also just on Disney Movie Rewards and they have $5 in Hollywood Movie Money for 300 points. Seems like a good deal! I’m just tying to figure out what theaters take that? AMC??
Thanks so MUCH in advance. You save us all so much money even on the fun things. :)

Hi Andrea– sorry for the delay. So my sticker was on the movie I bought and then I pulled off the plastic sleeve from the movie and you can see the backside of the sticker. There is a website and a redemption code. You go to the web site and enter your zip and your special code and then it lets you select the theater of your choice. Then you just print a voucher to take to the theater with you. It all looks really easy :). I printed mine and we are going to see it tomorrow.
