These used to be free and then Target started charging $5 for them. They are very popular though and many people think they are a good value. Just note these are not full size items.

Hey Kristen- it was posted yesterday so I am sorry you missed it. As I mentioned to the other reader you might check back. It has only been out of stock for a few hours so I would try very hard to be patient and maybe check in the evening or tomorrow or even a few days from now. You never know.
