Well shoot! It looks like this might be a regional offer. I checked (3) ads in (3) cities around the country and one was at $3.33, one at $.99 per bag and one at $2.
I would keep an eye on your local ad each week as I am sure they will circulate this offer everywhere. They probably are holding off in areas where it is still pretty cold for obvious reasons. I remember posting this same deal a few times last year and last year it was nationwide.
