I am not usually a fan of payment programs and such but according to the fine print, there is no interest or finance charges on this offer.

My mother got a kindle fire hd with this promotion the first time around and it is really a great deal. There are no finance charges if make the monthly payments and pay it off in the time frame they give you. If you DO NOT make your payments and therefore are unable to pay it off in the time frame given interest does apply. If you qualify for an Amazon Store Card or get approved for an actual Amazon credit card you save even more. Good deal all around. My family uses Kindle instead of ipads and we all love them!
