Great deal for Cheerios!
So, I got shot down by my local Target on this one. They claimed that since I was technically only buying one Cheerios (getting the other for free), that I could not use the Target Q of .75 off 2. I would have to buy another box of Cheerios to use the Target Q.
I checked the Target Q policy and based on their stated policy, I have to say I think they’re right. Thought you might want to know for the future.

Here is the policy:
•If a Manufacturer BOGO coupon is used, one additional Target coupon may be used on the first item.
So technically you are right, that extra $.75 coupon probably shouldn’t be used but it seems a little bit nit picky to me.
