I’ve been wanting one of those to make “no knead bread”. You get the dutch oven really hot before putting the dough in, and it makes a really great artisan crusty bread 🙂

I just picked up a 5 qt calphalon Dutch oven in blue at target on clearance for 40 something. It was marked 50% off. Might want to keep a look out. It seemed like they had a ton of cast iron stuff marked down.
