There is another nice offer for Great Wolf Lodge if you have been wanting to go.  We went over Christmas and the kids LOVED it.  It was very fun! If you have never been it is basically a huge water park inside a hotel.

It is such a nice activity for the winter months when everyone is cooped up inside. Prices start at $259 and vary based on which location you choose.  Some packages are for a one night stay and others for two nights. You get water park passes and some include resort credit to use during your stay.

Head over to Groupon to take a look.  Most of these have to be used by a certain date and some have blackout dates.  Just pay attention to all the fine print.

Daily resort fees ($14.99/day) are not included in the price.

Which location did you visit? Do you have recommendations about other things to do in area where you stayed?

Cathy- we stayed at the Lodge the entire time. There is quite a bit to do- the kids were in the water area for a lot of the time, there are restaurants, a video arcade, ice cream parlor, spa for massages and pedicures and some free activities like story time. I think you might just want to look at the city you choose and see what else is available. We went to the one in Washington. There isn’t a lot to do in that particular area so we just stayed at Great Wolf- 2 days went by very fast.

I don’t see an option for $259. Am I missing it?

Joanna did you click the link in the post? When I click it shows me all the lodges in each city. I can also see at a glance the prices for the packages. The price will vary according to the park you select. Ohio and Wisconsin are priced at $259.
