You saved the Cartwheel offer and it appeared under your offers and there was a little barcode? Also you purchased either the chocolate strawberry or the farmers market flavor only? No other variety of pizza? Then just take your receipt to customer service the next time you shop and they can refund you. Either the cashier didn’t actually scan the bar code you showed them or there was just a glitch. Usually I don’t have issues with cartwheel- it is actually really easy and convenient so keep trying 🙂
