Joyce, did you go all the way through to the end of checkout? I tested before posting with random items and again just now and here is what my cart looks like in the section where you enter your address:

In the shipping section I see three options, the default is $5.95 and that actually comes up as $0 for me.

Ladies, I got another email this morning from Philosophy and confirmed it says free shipping on all orders. My thought it maybe you don’t have gorund shipping selected or maybe you need to go further into the checkout process. Here is the fine print from the email I got:
shipping discount applies to ground shipping only; allow 5-10 business days (includes processing time). ground shipping is valid in domestic u.s. only. orders being delivered to a p.o. box are not eligible for express or rush shipping. orders containing a fragrance must be sent via ground or economy shipping and cannot be delivered to a p.o. box. orders cannot be shipped internationally.
