Susan, are you picking the right socks? Click the link in the post and scroll down a little. You will see the image that I posted. Click that to see the ones included in the offer. I just double checked and the email I have does indeed say free shipping and specifically mentions these socks. Also the web site says free shipping in several spots. I tried to check it again but the site is down for maintenance. I would check again once the site is up and remember with online offers you will often need to go past the very initial stages of checkout to get all promotions applied.

Oh darn. I triple checked the email from them and that was not on there anywhere. I just tried probably 15 different styles of socks and all of them are sold out so unfortunately I can’t spend any more time looking at this offer. Sorry for the mistake.
