Jolene, if you mean price match at Target yes you can however Target price matching is supposed to be after Target coupons are applied. You could probably get away with price matching and using Cartwheel and Target coupons but I like to encourage people to follow coupon policies so I personally would not do that.
Target usually runs sales on coffee mate every few weeks so I would just watch for one of those.
