These jars are 2/$15, last day. I showed this ad to the cashier and she checked her site and had no deal of the day for this. She said that people get these sort of ads from retailmenot.com and post them on their blogs. I told her this was a legit site and she still couldn’t help me because it wasn’t showing on the BBW site. I was so bummed. I still bought 4 though and got $10 off.;)

Actually she is wrong. I got this from an email sent to me from Bath and Body Works directly. It came this morning. I used the image that was in the email.
You can tweet them or post on Facebook and tell them the store refused to honor the promotion. Or just call another store in your area and I am sure they will confirm the deal of the day. They usually offer something new each day and the store you went to must not have been aware of the sale.

Same thing happened to me, the salesperson was not aware of the offer. Fortunately, she honored the promotion even though she did not find it on the web page.
Hmm. maybe they didn’t communicate it down to the stores properly? These daily deals are nationwide so it must have gone out to tens of thousands of people. Next time I will include the HTML for the emails. Today I deleted it already and yahoo emptied my trash.
