There is a nice deal on some really cute costume bunting or banners. You can get these starting at $3.99- that price includes either the letters or order the colors and styles of the background.
This would be a little expensive for a birthday sign since you need to order (4) packages of the background and then the letters on top of that but it would be something you can use over and over again.
I was thinking this would be really cute for a child’s room or a baby shower!
