Today I went to Target and had my Cartwheel coupon along with my paper coupons. The cashier said they were told to scan the paper coupons before the Cartwheel coupon, I was too rushed to argue. I looked at the FAQ’s and Policy and do not see this written anywhere. Has this happened to you yet?

No. It is supposed to be Cartwheel after Target coupons but manufacturer coupons are a form of payment so those should always be last.

I have been told by a couple cashiers that unless it is the last thing that they scan, sometimes the Cartwheel app causes the computer to crash . That might have been the reason why they wanted to scan your Cartwheel last.
