Gaiam Yoga Mat $9.99

This is kind of random but I was just out shopping for a yoga mat recently and wanted to mention this deal from Gaiam.

(Can you believe someone swiped my beloved mat at the gym?  That has to be double bad karma .)

Anyway, Gaiam makes amazing mats and this one is on the thinner side which I think is nice.  I didn’t have a lot of time to shop around and wound up picking up a Gaiam mat from Target for $35 (bah!) and it is too thick for my taste.   This one looks closer to my old mat which was a treasured friend for like 9 years.

The price on this one is $9.99– marked down from $21.98.  The shipping for me was $4.99- so you pay about $15 total.  I think that is a great price!

There is only one review on this one and the person complained that the pattern was not as bright as pictured.  Personally I get dizzy from patterned mats (my new one has huge waffle patterns and it makes my eyes cross in plank position) so I kind of think that is a good thing.

They do have cute little bags for your mat.  These are priced at $19.99 and there are several colors to choose from.  I had one of these on my mat that was swiped and I like the bag vs. the strap because I think it keeps the mat cleaner.  I also washed my bag zillions of times and it held up great.  I had the white before and I wouldn’t recommend that because it did show everything.

My total when I tested the mat and the bag was $29- including shipping fees!  Nice!
