Rebekah, It should be any address labels. You don’t have the larger gift tags right? And you don’t have any extra spaces in the promo code? The only other thing would be to make sure you are logged into an account. Otherwise it should be any address labels. I ordered the ones pictured at the bottom there for my little girl with no problems.
