If the nail polish is one the that is smaller than the regular sized ones, the mobile coupon will not work. I have tried to use mine for those two seperate times and it did not work.
Chantay, My Target coupon says any Cover Girl Cosmetics item excluding travel size. This is definitely not a travel size item- it is a full size product. Some Target mobile coupons simply don’t work at all for what they are intended and the cashier should either override the register and enter it for you or just go to customer service and they can handle the problem.
