I haven’t checked this at my Target store but I did look online and the shampoo and conditioners are listed at $3.99 each (12oz size).
So that should be the same price in store and if so, the deal looks like this:
Buy 2 L’Oreal at $3.99
Use $5/2 L’Oreal coupon
and Use $1/1 Target mobile coupon (text OFFERS to 827438)
Final Price: .99 per item!

This was posted August 30 and it is now Sept 14. The coupons do change every few weeks. Sorry you missed it.
yes, but the deal was offered from 9/7 – 9/14 and the coupon wasn’t available, also the e coupon can only be used once, so it would only make one of the items 99c
Sorry Alison but I am not following you. I don’t see anywhere that mentions 9/7-9/14. I said in the post that I double checked the price online and it was posted 8/30. When I posted both coupons were available.
Here is the math to help a little:
Buy 2 items at $3.99
Subtotal $7.98
Use a $5 off 2 items manufacturer coupon
New Subtotal: $2.98
Use $1 Target coupon
Final Price: $1.98
Since you are purchasing 2 items for $1.98, that would be $1.98/2 = $.99 per item.
So actually the math appears to be correct in the post.
