If you have little girls then you probably know they tend to accumulate a lot of hair products. Barrettes, bows, headbands, clips… it doesn’t end.
My girls have tons of hair stuff and I get so frustrated with trying to keep it organized and easily accessible.
Often I will have one hand on a little braid and I will be reaching all over the place for a rubber band with the other.
So I finally figured out a way to streamline all their little accessories in one spot and even better it only set me back $1.00!
Everything is super convenient in a little tote and you can just pull the entire thing out of the cupboard or from under the sink and you have everything you need to beautify.
So I have these cute little red totes that I purchased at the Dollar Store. You might remember these from the article on How to Have a Stress Free Car Trip with Children.
I had two of them on hand so I dusted them off a shelf and used one for everyday hair stuff.

One side has the brush we use all the time (the Knot Genie is awesome!) and conditioning/detangling spray.
The other side has a little container with fancy hair clips, a container with small rubber bands and a container with basic metal clips.
I also have a little pack of bobby pins tucked in there. The little containers I used were snack boxes (I think) from Target- I got them on clearance for $.74 each. I only had 2 of them so I used one of my Ball jar freezer containers to hold the rest of the stuff. That one had a lid that was cracked anyway so a perfect way to upcycle.

Any small containers or cups will work- you might check the Dollar Store or the Target Dollar Spot and see what you find. The Ball jar I used is sized perfectly.
The next tub I have the fancier stuff- headbands, big fancy hair clips, ribbon, scissors for the ribbon and the Magic Fairy Dust that we occasionally use.

And there you have it! Everything in one spot and it makes getting two little Princesses ready in the morning so much easier.
There are lots of other ideas I have seen to hold bows and such with ribbons but I personally like everything tucked away and out of sight.
Does anyone else have great tips for organizing the bathroom stuff?

Love the phrase at the end. Need to think about that more often because it is so true. Especially when my patience are wearing thin 🙂
