I mentioned this free app a little while back but now they added Thomas and Friends to it. You can get the PBS Kids app for free and it really is a neat little app. My kids love it. There are several of the PBS shows available to stream- including Sid the Science Kid and Daniel Tiger.
This is available for iPhone and iPad or Android and Kindle!
