You can save an extra 25% off select sale items at Disney Store this weekend. The sale is across several categories and the discount is reflected at checkout. It is worth looking around because there are some nice deals.
There are a few Halloween costumes includes in this sale- not all of them so be sure to click on Costumes under the sale to find the ones included. Prices start as low as $11 after coupon code. I spotted Minnie Mouse, Lone Ranger and several from the movie Oz- Glinda, Wicked Witch of the West and more. Sizes are getting picked over though so I would not wait.
I checked back to last year and 25% off was the biggest discount they offered before Halloween and that was in mid October. You might want to see what you can find.
And there are a few tote bags for $1.50 that I thought would be cute to use for Trick-or-Treating.
