Here are the Costco Coupon Book Deals for August.
Costco has made a little change to the coupon program. There is no need to clip the coupons anymore. You have two options of ways to get the savings. You can have the cashier scan the entire book and your savings will be deducted or you can download their new Smartphone App and have the cashier scan your phone. This has been the case at my store for awhile now so not a huge change for me.

I could be wrong but i believe the huggies wipes would be $19.99 after coupon – at least for the past 2 years that’s how much they have been… I’m going to costco later this weekend and if they are $9.99 i’m buying 10boxes lol 🙂
