Have you successfully used Cartwheel at Target? I have several Target stores nearby and the WiFi is extremely spotty or non-existent. I’ve told this to customer service but nothing changes. I’ve also read reviews online with similar comments but don’t see it affecting anything.
Yes I have used it. Can you open it up with the barcode from the parkling lot and then have it for when you checkout?
